Last week was the second week of fatherhood for me.
Thankfully, I managed to squeeze in two runs and at least 10 mins of strength and conditioning every day.

The biggest problem we solve is that not all professionals keep up with the latest science.
In fact, many practitioners realised they’re unaware of newer evidence when trialling the platform.
Unsurprisingly, about 80% of the professionals I surveyed are more interested in the platform’s lead generation capabilities than in keeping up with science.
This leads us to another problem:
You’ve no idea which health professional is adopting a well-informed practice.
You’ll realise this is costly when:
you get injured
your health solution is not efficient/effective
you cannot find a profession that fits you
The thing is, we live in a world where data collection and research have been expedited by tech products and platforms.
This means we have new findings more often, and it’s more essential (and also harder) that professionals consistently keep up with the latest science.
Hence, our platform.
