Yesterday, I became a father!
So for this week’s newsletter, I thought I’d ask for advice instead.

Meanwhile, here’s something my wife and I produced before the baby’s out:
We worked on a prenatal pilates series with our instructor friend Angie Seow, because I realised most moms/moms-to-be couldn’t block out an hour for personal training.
So we made these videos which are shorter, more accessible, and best of all, free!
We have a few more episodes in this series, so please share them with anyone that might benefit.
There’s a chance we’ll shoot a post-natal pilates series too, and I’ll keep you guys updated.
