Welcome back to your weekly dose of health nuggets!
If you’ve been following the newsletter, you’ll know I didn’t publish anything last week.
This is because I didn’t think the b-roll I initially took for the following video was good enough.
Consequently, I opted for a re-shoot, and hence, a week of missing content.
Nevertheless, I thought prioritising quality for this video was the better choice.
After all, it’s based on a client’s question that came up during our personal training session:
“How to warm up before a run?”
On that note, if you, like my clients, have a health-related question you’ll like my team to cover, please feel free to let me know.
For example, our next video will be on ACL rehabilitation.
Partly because I’ve clients who are on that journey and partly because of notable recent research findings.
The video will be in a vodcast format featuring our new in-house physiotherapist, so stay tuned to find out who’s joined our team.
Last but not least, as part of this newsletter’s regular sharing, a quick look back on my workouts (since I became a father):
Week 1: One run + one day of light S&C
Week 2: Two runs + S&C on other days
Week 3: Two runs + S&C on other days
Week 4 (This week so far): One run + S&C on other days
The transition back to working out regularly looks to be going smoothly, and I’m hoping to increase the number of runs this month.
I’m not sure how I’ll be juggling that yet, but we’ll see.
