In the past two weeks, I
shifted to in-law’s place
made multiple polyclinic trips for my newborn
started track workouts again
On the whole, I’m thankful that I formed new healthy habits while transitioning.
Admittedly, it’s not always possible.
Those of you still settling down after a long stint away would know.
Nevertheless, we ought to keep working on forming healthy habits.
Each small step adds up.
And ultimately, it’s us who’ll feel the positive difference in our lives, isn’t it?

Health Geeks Podcast
Work-wise, my team came together to launch a new podcast: Health Geeks.
The first episode features my team’s new physiotherapist, Eric Fernando.
Of note, he shared localised information on ACL rehab.

My Remaining Personal Training Slots
Last but not least, most of my personal training clients have returned from overseas.
After some alignment to everyone’s new calendar, I now have gaps in mine.
Hence, I’m offering a special deal for the following slots:
Mon 12pm at Dempsey
Tue 6.30am, 7.30am and 9.30am at Dempsey
Wed 7am, 9am, and 12pm at Dempsey
