👋🏻 A quick introduction if you’re new here.
I typically highlight three key insights on healthy ageing each week to accelerate Singapore’s reduction of the health span versus lifespan gap.
This week, however, is the first in which I’m pivoting the newsletter to better align with my team’s speciality: time-efficient healthy ageing.
I.e. Improving your health in the fastest time.
This change comes after a week of birthday reflection; I turn 35 tomorrow, and I believe it’s important to keep seeking clarity within.

1. Best Brain Training Devices in 2025
I am introducing brain training to my personal training clients in 2026.
Consequently, I have been following the brain tech scene.
I thought the above video by Dr Cody Rall was particularly useful in summarising current innovations.
2. Study Magnetic Pulses Lower Blood Sugar of Diabetic Patients With Excess Belly Fat
The Straits Times reported that a local study found non-invasive magnetic pulses lowered long-term blood sugar levels in diabetic patients with excess belly fat.
